When does Coke rewards usually do the 12 packs for 30 points? I can’t remember from last year. Thanks
Sometime in December I think
Last year it was 11/30 for those who were Gold, 12/1 for Silver, and 12/2 for Bronze for the gift cards. Don’t remember if 12 packs were included in those dates. IIRC they have since done away with status. Free 12 packs for X points were scattered throughout the first couple of weeks of December and you had to be quick at times to get them.

Oh bummer 🙁 I’m wondering if they would be able to help if you contacted them.
If you don’t enter any points for 90 days, your points will expire. BUT they will do a one-time point restoration if you contact them. Use the Ask Chip feature and see if that works first, if it doesn’t you can email customer service about it. Check the “Points History” tab under your profile to keep track of when your points expire and enter a code every so often to extend it.

I entered numbers caps and got an error code that said the code was not working at the time. Then, when I tried to reenter the same code, I got an error message that said the code was already used. However, I didn’t get any points added to my total. So essentially, they took my code but didn’t give me the points! This happened to me about 5 times today so I was robbed of 45 points!

Same thing happened to me except mine were 12 packs so it was 30 points each time, ugh. I had other codes so I got the maximum points but they should at least give me back my codes that I didn’t get credit for, not hopeful though.

Now it is telling me I have entered the wrong code, even when they are right. I think they are just bogged down and the servers cannot handle the load.

I think their site is being bombarded with entries. I’ve lost at least 10 codes because code entry becomes unavailable, then it won’t accept them when you re-enter them.
Yes, I’ve lost 2 codes that way, too. I think we all need to contact them and let them know there’s a problem. Maybe then they’ll give us all back our points.
