Maria- if a deal is not signed at my Target, I just ask ask them to check at customer service. I would say 99% of the time the deal is valid, just not signed for some reason.
I’m really starting to hate the Targets in my area. The shave cream is $2.97 here for the Venus and $3.99 for the men’s Gillette. They stopped carrying the small sizes of most of the products I used to coupon – dish soap, shampoo, etc. and only have the expensive mega sizes. Most of the products that are on the coupon sites tend to be much higher in cost because I live in CA.
I’m in CA too, but I’ve been couponing so long I can usually predict “our” prices compared to the amazing prices in other states. It’s not Hip”s fault the deals aren’t as frugal as listed- it’s just at the economy here.

My boy’s very favorite cereal is Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Crunch, and it is hardly ever included in sales. Crossing my fingers, but not holding my breath! 🙂
I bought 4 Head and shoulder bottles Reg price 4.99 each. I used 2 coupons 4/2 found in PG 9-25 AND I used a Target coupon that gives you a $5 gift card for buying $15 worth of personal care products. Final price was 1.74 per bottle of head and shoulders
I bought 2 tresemme shampoos for 3.99 & 2 hairsprays for 2.74. Added a gillette shave gel @1.97 to get over $15. Used a $5/2 tres, two $1 tres styling, & $2 gillette shave. Paid 6.43 oop & received two $5 gift cards! Plus I’m submitting for $3/2 & $1 tresemme savingstar. So $7.57 MM not including tax! Thanks Hip2Save & Target!!

Just a question… on the Tresemme when the coupon says $x off 2 shampoo or conditioner, can it be used if its 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner or does it HAVE to be 2 of either or?
Yes, you can mix and match one of each Or purchase two shampoo Or purchase two conditioner, Since the coupon states “Shampoo Or Conditioner”. Hope this helps!
