Does anyone know of the stretch mark cream works? I just had my first baby and my stomach has more stripes than a zebra
I was about to ask that also, I’ve tried palmers products and they don’t seem to lighten them at all.
I’ve been using the cream and so far no stretch marks halfway through pregnancy!
I used palmers through every pregnancy. I am currently on my fourth and do not have any stretch marks. I don’t know if it is due to using Palmers or not. Im not sure how it works for fading stretch marks if you already have them.
Whether or not you get stretch marks is up to your genetics. Some women get them, some don’t. I’m in the lucky camp that get them and get them HARD. Nothing worked to prevent them, but I found post-partum that they tend to fade with time. I had two babies in 14 months and now I’m pregnant with my 3rd. Between the 2nd and 3rd was about 2 years and during that time they faded significantly. Keep in mind the texture of your skin won’t go back to normal without intervention (i.e. laser treatment, etc). I read somewhere that tea tree oil is supposed to be good for stretch marks. I also exfoliate them with a sugar scrub whenever possible. Keep up a routine and you will definitely see the color fade over time! Congrats on your little one!
