I ordered one of these in Oct 2015 and didn’t receive it in time for Christmas it was a gift. I was very upset. I finally received it in Feb 2016. They were unable to fill orders because the demand was so high and they were not prepared. It was a Groupon. Hopefully they do better this year.

Denise, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. We went through some growing pains in Oct. 2014, but in Oct 2015 you should have received your product within a week or so.
