I did the Old Spice Deal earlier today in Dickinson, Texas and they did not ring up buy 1 get one 50% off for me. Also I tried to do the Aussie Shampoo deal with the $4/2 load to card coupon. The coupon did not take off and I had purchased what was specified in the details. Has anyone else had problems with that? Also the cashier could not get the luden’s coupon to scan either so was unable to do that deal.

When my loaded-to-card coupons don’t come off, I’ve done a chat through the Walgreens web site. They check your account for the coupon that didn’t come off, and simply credit that amount in Balance Rewards points (my Aussie coupon didn’t come off either, so they credited 4000 points). It’s an extra step, but at least you’ll get the “money” back.

I did the Ludens deal with the coupon clipped to my account and it didn’t come off. I also had the Colgate coupon clipped but that one did work. Maybe their system gets confused with more than 1 coupon. Anyway, the manager said he would give me the $4 in points ($2 off 2 that I purchased) but he ended up giving me $5 since he said it wouldn’t let him select $4. I guess it pays to check your receipts.

The clip to card coupons never seem to work! Not sure why Walgreens can’t get it together, but always watch when checking out!

I’ve only done clip to card coupons once, attempting to use two coupons. One of them worked, the other didn’t. I caught it while I was in the store and my friendly cashier returned the items and re-rang them for me, manually changing the price of the items as if the coupon had worked. It definitely depends how willing your cashier is to work with you, though! I’m glad he did that, instead of crediting my account with points, because about half the time I forget to use points to pay because I’m so busy juggling so many different types of coupons and discounts and sometimes multiple transactions.

The Secret and Old Spice that is 2 for 5 is not buy one get one 50% off it’s the more expensive Old Spice and secret you will not get a $2 register rewards for them here in Hammond,La

Yes I have had problems with that also. The first and only time I tried to use a clipped to card coupon it didn’t come off. Unfortunately, I didn’t ever go back and try and remedy the situation. I chalked it up to lesson learned and will only be using paper coupons there from now on.

Hi Sheila! Amanda tested and did find them eligible for the BOGO. Also, you should earn the $2 Register Reward on two. Be sure to contact the manager if this is not the case. However, this MAY be regional. Hope this helps!

I am here in Michigan and I tried to use the coupon and it showed “received” on their screen but no discount!! 🙁

I cant find the Aussie $4/2 Hair care digital coupon I have a $2/2 or $3/3 but no $4 off 2. By any chance do the offers vary in different states. Could I use a coupon from RP along with the digital coupon or are digitals considered manufacture’s coupons. Thanks.
