This is topical capsaicin which is category B. dont put on nipple if breastfeeding (idk who would ever do that though lol)

I got this in my last PinchMe box and I love it. I have psoriatic arthritis which causes joint pain among other things. I tried this out on my knees first and was really surprised and pleased to find it eased my pain, temporarily.
