gillette-wags-dealThrough October 22nd, Walgreens is offering up a $10 Register Reward when you buy three participating Gillette products – including shave gel! In addition, I mentioned in the Walgreens Deals that the Gillette shave gels are priced at $5.99, however, it appears select varieties are priced even lower than that – which makes for some *HOT* buys!

There is also a $2 off coupon to clip through the Walgreens app, in case you don’t have enough paper coupons.

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

Thanks for letting us know, Tasha! I just updated the post!

      • Yana

Will the clip to card coupon deduct for 3 items or just 1?

        • Emilia

It’s a manufacturer coupon so it will deduct just once ;-( for one item

Can I use the Walgreens app coupon thrice ?
    Thanks

    • mel

      they’re one time use.

    • Emilia

No just once it’s a manufacturer coupon like the paper one;-(

Tempting, but I don’t shop at Walgreens. Can someone tell me, if I have the $10 RR, will that roll, say if I use it to pay for a purchase that gives RRs? Oh, and it counts as a MQ, right?

    • Melanie

It does count as a MQ, and you can use it to buy something else that also gives a RR. Just make sure you don’t try to use it on the shave gel again because it won’t roll on the same item.

As usual, the clipped coupon doesn’t show up and they refused to give me credit for it even though I showed it to the manager. Walgreens needs to either fix that or quit offering it. Just my opinion.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh bummer! 🙁 Sorry to hear that!

      • Savedbycoupons

I went to a different Walgreens and the cashier manually deducted the clipped coupon and I had 2 $2/1 to use. The price at my stores are 3.79 each, but still a good money maker. 😊

    • Joy

That happens to me all of the time too. I’ve given up on clipping the coupons because of this.

Yeah the digital coupons sometimes go through for me and sometimes don’t. Luckily for me yesterday they did, they had Tide, Tide pods, and Gain Flings on clearance and there were $2 digital coupons and it actually deducted them!!

  7. Denise

I didn’t have any of the $2 coupons, but I did print 3 of the 0.75 coupons for venus shave product totaling 8.22 plus tax. Thanks for posting.

  8. Val

I struggle with Walgreens. The digital coupon didn’t come off and they tried to tell me I couldn’t use it because I used two paper coupons. Then the register rewards didn’t print and they tried to tell me it was because I used points to pay. Did they change something? I thought you could use points and still earn register rewards.

    • L

I used points to pay and still got the $10 RR. If your digital coupons don’t apply, I find it much easier to email customer service. They are very good about refunding the coupon value in balance rewards points. As far as the RR, I would contact catalina marketing to file a missing RR.

      • Val

Thank you for your suggestions. Does anyone know…. can you use points to pay and still get the Register Reward?

        • Tracy

Yes you can use points and still get a register reward. hth
