Thanks for the deal! I’m not getting free shipping over $49. Under exclusions of free shipping, it states food and grocery. So, I guess free shipping is a no go on candy.
I got free shipping on the candy. However, I am a MAX member so I only had to spend $30 to get it.

The same thing happened to me on the Smarties and the Snickers. It showed 100% points back, but in your cart it was not 100% points back and I was signed in to my account. I ordered last night, my order was cancelled this morning with it being out of stock at my local store, which is where I was going to do pick up. Hopefully others orders won’t be cancelled like mine, I wasted probably 10 minutes of time on the order :(.

When I got home there was no peanut butter in them the package didn’t even mention peanut butter cup. I thought it was a good deal because it came with the cup and I didn’t have to use my own. I tried to return and showed then it was wrong and they declined to return because it was Halloween item. REALLY you gave me something that was falsely advertised. To be honest I would never shop at Kmart if it wasn’t for free items, they are horrible:(

Hello how long they allow you to pick up the order before they cancel your order I could not pick it up today 🙁 . I order something on cvs curbside 2 day ago and I got cancel today so upset.

You have to order 4 packs to get the free max shipping. If you try using a fill in with another cheaper item you still get charged shipping.
Does anyone know how long it takes for the points to show up? Picked up my order yesterday afternoon but just checked my account and the points aren’t there.
Mine showed up the day after I ordered about 24 hours later. If they are still not there go on live chat they are super helpful.

I called Shop your way customer service BEFORE I checked out and they said the promotion was still going on. My receipt showed 0 bonus points earned. So I called back after I checked out and got a SUPER RUDE customer service person. He said the deal was over and after I told him that a different customer service person said it was still going on, he just insisted that it was over, said it ended 5 days ago. I asked if he could look it up for me and I asked what date it ended several times, since I knew it didn’t even start until 5 days ago and he would not say. I asked him to just tell me that date it ended. He just kept saying “it’s over” and ‘what do you want me to do lady, it’s over” and then he hung up on me!! I despise having to call Shop Your Way Customer service and I seem to have to do it often!!!! I called again and reached someone not so RUDE and they manually gave me the points.
