I also have a question that I can use some clarification on. I just noticed that some of the cartwheel offers have a money value assigned to them. I noticed specifically that there is a 75 cents off Heinz mustard coupon. Is that considered a “cartwheel deduction” that can be stacked with the manufacturer’s print off 75 cents coupon? Thanks. I had not noticed the money value additions listed in the cartwheel offers til today.
That is considered a MQ and is only valid for one-time use. So no, not considered a cartwheel deduction.

Yes, I would like some clarification on if you price match from Target.com, can you still use your cartwheel or coupon? I try it this week and wanted to price match Target.com and use my 20 percent coupon and they said no. She showed me their policy and to me it was not clear. Any thoughts or experiences anyone can share? Thank you! for any answers in advance. 🙂
This is from their price match policy and is pretty clear. I’ve never been able to price match and combine with Cartwheel.
Cartwheel offers, Target Gift Card offers and Target coupons cannot be combined with price match. Manufacturer coupons will be applied after a price match is made per Target’s coupon policy. Please review our Store Coupon Policy for additional details.
I will say why the policy says no, it does depend on the cashier.
