   Ok, on the small girls 12″ bike, does anyone know if these are those cheap plastic wheels or if they’re rubber tires?

  Lynn, Looks like it is the cheap plastic wheels.I do not recommend it.

  Not sure but Walmart wheels are rubber and their bike is 39

  Hi there! We actually heard back from Academy Sports —> “The actual wheels of the bike are rubber but the training wheels are rubber covered by plastic.”
