With Kohls store pick-up, can someone else pick it up for you? (And if so do they have to have anything special- like my payment info- to do it?) We have family coming over from Boise and thought maybe they could grab items for me if I did store pick-up.
When you check out you can designate someone else as the pickup person but I think they need the email. I always forward it to my husband so he can pick it up.
Yes, prior to placing your order, just list an alternative pick up person’s name. All they need is a photo ID and to make things easier, just email/text them the pick up pass barcode. The associate will scan that; no need to provide personal info. I was just at Kohls today for the second time this week to pick up something for my husband. HTH!
