I’ve had this shredder for over a year. It’s great! With any shredder, I’ve learned it’s super important to lubricate it. I buy the lubrication sheets & send one through (just like you’re shredding a document) every time I empty the container. They’re not cheap, but worth the cost as they keep a good shredder going much longer!!
