I’m not sure what’s going on this day in age…. but a quick heads up about t-mobile…. I signed papers to trade up and was told it was only $100…… they took $600 out of my account…. my back account is in the hole with all the hip2save deals I shopped this weekend. when I called the store about this “mixup” the manager was recording me without permission and was laughing when I asked if he was indeed recording me. He didn’t know of a man that was 400+ pounds working with him and didn’t know what I was talking about. I was in the store when the manager got to work.
Just be careful with retailers this holiday season…. could save you a headache!!

Do you have copies of the paperwork they gave you?

I am curious whether anyone else has experienced this…I was just in my local Wag’s and used my $2. off 18 ct Scunci hair ties when I “purchased” an 18 ct package…then I was hoping to get the “free” item as a 6 ct package of Scunci hair ties. Well, the manager said the register was “giving” me the 18 ct and I couldn’t use the coupon. I tried to explain that all the packages were priced at $3.99 and I didn’t understand why she couldn’t override the register and use my coupon. She got angry with me, embarrassed the heck out of me, and told me I could “call Corporate” if I was dissatisfied. I came home and phoned Corporate and spoke with a very kind representative who said the same thing, “I don’t know why she didn’t just override the transaction and apply the coupon,” and then the customer service rep credited my Balance Rewards account and also said that the manager at my store was not behaving the way Walgreen’s associates are trained. I live in a small town and there’s only one Walgreen’s, so there really isn’t an alternative, but I certainly was disappointed in the behavior of a manager, not to mention the fact that the receipt says “Buy one get one equal/less value free”!
Thank you for allowing me to vent!
