Does any one own this one? I’m wondering how it compare with to the small jbl speakers. My BF was wanting a JBL for Christmas but it the quality is similar This is SO much cheaper!
Read the reviews on bestbuy.com. There are a lot. I got it because I’m just needing something simple to play music from my phone & am not really too concerned about it being amazing.
I have had a jawbone before and would say I like it better the the jbl. It’s better quality.
We own two already (have had them over one year) and I am purchasing another two today for gifts. They are awesome speakers. Zero complaints and the sound quality is awesome. I haven’t used the small JBL wireless speaker, so I can’t compare it to that. However, I used to have a JBL wall speaker with docking station and the sound quality of the Jawbone is the same.

My daughter just asked for the Bose mini speaker for Christmas. I know she’d probably be disappointed to get something else but seems that it’s worth it for the price. The Bose speaker is like $200.
Sometimes kids want specific items due to status symbol of said item. You don’t want them to get picked on for having something else. Sometimes as a parent you need to give in. Not calling you out but I see comments like that a lot on here and it irks me. Live a little.
True about high end brand names as status symbol. But if the parent simply cannot afford what the kids want, the kid should understand that. Ofcourse if we have enough to spend then maybe next time we’ll get exactly what they wanted. It’s hard not to give in but that’s life.
