Once again Kohl’s disappoints..the women’s kayanos 22 and all the higher end asics styles are available in size 5 and 6 only, what a joke. Whenever I go to buy something they seem to be out of stock, why can’t they actually stock things people can buy? They cancelled most of my Black Friday order for shirts and slippers that they no longer had in stock..and then they continued to sell one of the items for days on end, when I called they said oh actually it’s out of stock even though they were still Selling it online!! They appear to Have some serious inventory vs website problems. Very disappointed with them this holiday season.
Totally agree with you….soon you buy somthing they are out if stock…. It alredy happend to many times….not inventory but on whole lot of thing they dont know what they are doing…..i placed kitchen aid mixer order before thanksgiving for a marraige gift. After couple days the notifed me it has got canceled and i need to call them….i’m like why the hack they need me to call….i called spend 15 min waiting on them to attend me on call….then tge guys said he doesnt know why they cacled it but tranfer me to fraud department….in that lady was asking me all my information as i have charge card…fair enough….the she wants to know my social security….i told i cant give you whole # but i can say last 4. She denied and move on…..then she told i need to sent the copy of ss i’m like why do need that….dont you have that alredy in your system….i mean i dont trust giving verbaly, how can i fax it….then i asked why is hold before you collect this info. ….she didnt know that…lol….put me on hold…then came back saying that in our system you are male….i’m like that is your mistake…..not mine why should i suffer talking to you 1 hour….so end this whole drama i said let me just give you my ss# verbaly she was like no i cant take it becase i’m past that step….you either have fax it or go to store and show…..bunch of bs….i told her for last 10 yrs of gaving kohls charge and also sent me renewal ….yo couldn’t know if i’m male or female….what if my husband or some other guy was speaking and gave my info would that have been ok with you and you would have that hold removed? Then it on…and they said they are going to offer me same price and discounts once hold is removed…..i went to store next day with my id and ss….and customer service we dont look at that stuff or approve it….i was like you guys neef put your shit togather….then she called the kohls… And they removed hold without any one looking at the id or ss… I mean alk this drama for nothing……this only first part of story…..now things get intresting when its for placing the order and offering same price and discount…..i cotinued the call from the store just i dont have to wail for them….guy is trying to place order for me fron phone….he says they dont any in stock online in store…..i asked my husband to go and check while i’m in call with him…..he saw three in store same one….and guy in call saying he don’t see any…..he offered us other one with the same price and all and made mistakes in that too….we spend three days each about hour and half ….to get that ordered corrected…..if it wasnt for gift i would have just changed mind on first calk i made…..there customer service for online order is horrible they dont know what the hack they are doing..
