I’ve been reading comments on Old Navy’s FB and I’ve seen a lot of complaints for slow shipping. I placed an order on the 28th for some slippers, and I still haven’t heard anything.. so I guess it’d be good to keep slower shipping times in mind.
My friend complained of the same thing. She ordered on Black Friday and is still waiting!
I placed an order on Cyber Monday and just today I got a shipping notice that it should be delivered on the 14th. 🙁

I agree, they last order I placed was super slow to receive. I was over 2 weeks until I rec’d my items!
Same here. I just checked my status for Cyber Monday order and it shows as shipment pending. I’m not happy, because I still need to ship the items to my family, to receive in time for Christmas. I emailed their customer service about it

Anyone else have issues with code JOY? The first screen takes it as a promotion, but then after I put in credit card info it keeps disappearing and won’t show up when I reenter it.

I tried through my desktop computer. At first it worked and then I went back in and revised my order and it would not take it. I tried several more times and could not get it to work either.
I FIGURED IT OUT! When it removes the JOY code on the final step, go back up to your shipping info and click edit. Select the “free shipping for orders over $50”, and the code JOY will reappear! The issue was Old Navy resetting the shipping to the 6-8 days $7 option
