I have to mention that I have been a long time Kohls consumer and after the HORRIBLE customer service I received inside the store today, this MVP shopper will no longer be spending my money with Kohls. With all the bad publicity they are getting for price gouging you’d think that the customer service would rise up to keep the few customers they haven’t chased away. There is no easy returns with this company. If you plan on shopping with Kohls just be POSITIVE that you won’t be making any returns because it is a real hassle especially with very new managers not trained in customer service. I spent over an hour in the store trying to make simple returns with receipts and that were purchased with my Kohls card, it still was a hassle since they didn’t know how to return the total amounts back onto my card. They only wanted to give partial back on the card. Experienced managers know how to return the items properly. The so called “deals” that are posted by Kohls are NOT worth it! They have lost a VERY good customer!
Target has the buy 1 get 1 50% offer with the arts and crafts and ends up being cheaper than Kohl’s if you have a redcard 🙂
