If you’re staying in and having a family-friendly New Year’s Eve party, you’ll want to check out these ideas for entertaining the kiddos ’til the clock strikes midnight…
1. Countdown Balloons
Just fill these fun New Year’s Countdown Balloons with activities written on notes, and then let the kids pop one each hour to find out what activity they get to do that hour. Such a fun idea!
2. Printable New Year’s Eve BINGO
What kid doesn’t love Bingo, right? Get these FREE Printable Bingo Cards HERE. (TIP: We like to use clearance holiday M&Ms as markers. 😉 )
3. Saran Wrap Candy Ball Game
For this fun game, grab some friends and family and make a large saran wrap ball with layers of candy or small toys or goodies. If you still have Christmas candy around, throw it in! You’ll also need a pair of dice.
Have your group sit in a circle and decide which direction the game will flow. One person gets to peel back the layers to get to the candy until the next person rolls doubles with the pair of dice. Then it’s their turn to unwrap for candy. It’s a fun and silly game! Go here for more ideas.
4. Year-in-Review Photo Scavenger Hunt
This Year-in-Review Photo Scavenger Hunt is such a clever way to remember the fun things that have happened throughout the year.
5. Printable Word Search
