THE REALLY GOOD

The really, really good is definitely the incredibly LOW deal price! Scoring a set of workout clothing (pants and a top) for just $10 plus $4.95 shipping… ummm, $7.50 each?! YES, that rocks! Compare this to similar brands and you won’t find prices this low. They have LOTS of cute stuff… REALLY cute stuff!

THE SOMEWHAT GOOD

When you become a Fabletics VIP member (see all of the details on this below), you’ll score up to 40% off all of their retail prices and you’ll be the first to know about additional promos and discount offers. Plus, you’ll be able to earn points toward free outfits with every purchase, referral or product review!


THE NOT SO GOOD

This purchase will enroll you in the paid Fabletics VIP membership program. Each month, you will receive a personalized boutique of items that their stylist recommends. They will send you an email each month to remind you that your selections are ready. You then have between the 1st and the 5th of each month to shop with them OR skip the month.

Your card will be charged $49.95 for a member credit each month if you do not make a purchase or skip the month by the 5th. Each credit can be redeemed for Fabletics items and never expires. You can always choose to skip the month between the 1st and the 5th and not be charged for a membership credit. They will email you reminders and you can skip as many months as you like.

Cancelling is Super Easy via Phone or Online Chat!

My sidekick, Mary, was able to previously cancel her Fabletics VIP account using the Live Chat feature in under 5 minutes (to find the Live Chat option, scroll down to the bottom of the site after snagging your $10 outfit and click on the Help & Contact link under Member Services. Then click the red Contact Us link at the bottom of that page and choose the Live Chat option).

      I had a similar experience…I liked the clothes but sadly my attempts at canceling were not as simple as some others!

      Interesting business plan. Sucker customers in with a good deal, however make it really hard to cancel, requiring one to endure a long conversation with a customer service rep who tries to talk the customer out of their decision. But don’t make it hard for everyone. Make it easy for a small percentage so that new customers have hope that they might be lucky if they choose to cancel the subscription down the line.

      I had zero issues skipping months or cancelling my subscription. It really is extraordinarily straightforward if you bother to read or own a calendar.

    I have done this deal a few times under different emails and have never had a problem canceling. They definitely try to keep your business, but in my experience if you stick to your guns and say no, I just want to cancel then they do. I give this deal 2 thumbs up.

    I tried this and canceling was fairly easy via the chat function. I found it easier on my laptop than my phone. πŸ˜‰ I really liked the clothes too!

    I’ve did this deal when it was $15 for an outfit and I love the outfit. I haven’t tried to cancel but I have a reminder set on my phone that on the first of each month, I skip the month so I don’t get charged. Also to save time, I use the same reminder to move my shipment date on my honest company subscription. I love products from both companies but can’t afford to have stuff sent every month. I keep the memberships for when they have their various deals throughout the year.

    I set a reminder on my phone to cancel (made it daily and only deleted the reminder once I cancelled.) I called in and it only took a few minutes and was able to cancel no problem. I understand others have had a hard time cancelling but I just wanted to share my experience since most people that didn’t have that issue probably aren’t commenting!

    I have been hesitant of this site due to other comments, but I thought I would try this evening. However it continues to change the price of “sale” items after I add them to my cart. When I tried to find a chat or contact information, it was very difficult to locate on the site. I think that speaks of their customer service and integrity.

    I had no problem canceling. It was maybe a 3 minute conversation and I just said I can’t afford it every month right now and after that she cancelled no problem.

    Husband ordered a Fabletics $100 gift card from them and it never shipped. He had to contact customer service. When the card finally arrived the balance was zero. Also, cancelling the VIP membership was incredibly complicated. I absolutely cannot recommend company based on their business practices.

    I had ordered a $15 outfit a couple of months ago and when it arrived, the pants were completely see through! When I contacted customer service, they were less than helpful and ignored my concerns. I was not impressed with the quality of the product…or the customer service. I ended up spending way more time on this purchase than I would have wanted and then had to utilize some of my own expense (bag, packing tape) to send my $15 outfit back to Fabletics. It then took 3.5 weeks to get the charge reversed on my credit card. I had high hopes (as I would have loved a new outfit often) but this fell way short!

    I LOVE my Fabletics pants. They suck in and lift where I need it most πŸ˜‰ and are soo comfy. I wear for everyday and workouts. The tanks with built in bras are the best! 2 for 1.     I ordered and once my order shipped it took me less than three minutes to cancel via chat. Of course they are going to try and get you to keep your membership, but the rep was very nice and I had no problem cancelling.
