I was so excited when I saw this as my son is a HUGE Star Wars fan and also is in need of a new alarm clock, but they are out of stock for shipping and not available in any stores near me.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Thanks for the heads up Val!

I know it says Minifigure, but how tall are they really?

    • Kristianne

My son has a Ninjago character minifig alarm clock and it is 9 inches tall. Also, you can read the clock in the daytime, if you want to see it in the dark you need to press the head down. HTH

The page has a description if you scroll down just a bit. I was able to find this as I was wondering the same! HTH!!

FYI – these clocks only display the time when you push their heads down. If you want a clock that displays the time all day long you may want to pass on this model even though it’s cool

    • Tina

Hmm… Guess this is not something I am looking for then. Thanks a lot for the info!

    • MS

This is not true. They display the time all the time. What would be the point of a clock that doesn’t display the time? Pushing the head down lights up the clock face for a handful of seconds. Otherwise it shows the time like any other digital clock. There is also an alarm function. (Yes, I own the Stormtrooper and Darth Vader.)

      • Jen

I don’t know what the point is. But I have them. And the time is not displayed unless you push down on their heads.

My adult son has one of these & he loves it! 😄

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Happy to hear he has enjoyed it Heather! Thanks for sharing!

Not available anywhere near me & I even tried zip codes 200 miles away (where my family lives) & still no luck! Bummed! This would have made a great birthday present for two little boys!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Darn!

For anyone who can’t get one at their Sears, our JCPenney had some marked down, I recall Star Wars characters & Superman. I think they were $10-$15. My oldest has a Ninjago one he got almost 5 years ago, still going strong!
