Calling All JCPenney Cardholders!
If you shopped at JCPenney between November 5th, 2010 and January 31st, 2012, you may have received an automatic credit to your account as the result of the Spann v. JCPenney Corporation, Inc. Class Action Lawsuit.
Check your email inbox for an email coming from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, “JCPenney Class Action email – Store Credit“. This credit has no expiration and will stack with any promotional discount.
