Have this and it’s great for visiting non- baby proof homes, camping with babies, sleeping for toddlers in tents and also just nice to set up under a tree and let the babies play in the shade, my son hated the feel of grass when he was an infant!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Aww, super cool to hear how useful this can be Stephanie! Thanks for sharing your experience!

  2. APS

We had this last year for our little one and loved it. We took it to all of the baseball games for my older sons and it was perfect. People stopped me all the time asking where I got it. We also used it on the beach. I highly recommend it!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That’s awesome! Thanks for the great feedback!

  3. Amanda

    • Happymama

      LOL, agreed!

  4. Kara

Thank you! Picked one up 🙂 we have a huge playpen but nothing small and portable. Anyone know if this can count as checked luggage on a flight (like pack n plays)?

  5. Stephanie

Yay! I got one, so excited, it will be great for my 6 month old and all the upcoming ball games for my 11, 7 and 5 year old!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! Glad you could grab one Stephanie!

  6. Jessica

Just went to get one and it says 85.00 now 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! I am seeing that now as well 🙁

    • Sheila

Seems lately Amazon sells 3 of something and the awesome price disappears.

  8. Katie

This thing is worth every penny! We used ours all last summer and loved it.

  9. Sunshine

I saw it on toys r us for $54.99. A little cheaper since Amazon is gone now if you really needed one.

    • Jessica

Thanks I will have to look into that 🙂

  10. RZ

Great concept but without a cover, my kids would get attacked by mosquitoes and wasps in 3 seconds…Texas problems!

This is one of my top ten favorite baby items. It sits in the trunk of our car for my mom’s house. She has lots of dogs running around and hard floors. I’ve also used it to keep older brother away from younger brother for when I’m trying to get a little bit done. It folds up and down like a lawn chair. Super easy.

  12. Maggie

Missed it!!! 🙁 Hoping for a restock… if you’re listening Amazon

  13. MamaDukes

I got one earlier for baby #3. So excited!! Thank you Hip2Save:)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Aww, how exciting! You’re very welcome!

This product is meant for safety not to lock children in a basement where they will never see sunlight.

    • Mommaof6(7thOnTheWay)

What better way to keep your kids safe than by keeping your eye on them 🙂 I stand by what I said. I have raised/am raising 6 all on my own without a cage or playpen and they are turning out just fine. If you can’t or don’t want to watch your kids, then don’t have kids. It’s that simple.

      • ???

        WOW!

      • Naomi

Wow… well good for you to be able to raise 6 kids on your own without using any of these stuff. While that worked out for you, it might not work for others. It is a free country to be vocal about your opinions. But this is a money-saving site. If you don’t need it, just don’t buy it. No need to be judging others for using one. Having 6 kids/not using it doesn’t make you any better parent than others.

      • Brittany

It’s a shame you feel it necessary to shame other moms. I hope all of your perfectly behaved children aren’t learning from your example. To suggest someone shouldn’t have children if they buy this product is insane and offensive.

        • Mommaof6(7thOnTheWay)

I was not shaming anyone. I was simply stating my opinion and someone got their feelings hurt. They have got a world of other problems if a complete stranger’s opinion gets under their skin. Also, I did not suggest buyers of this item should not have children, I said people who can’t or don’t want to watch their kids should not have kids. Please do not manipulate my words.

          • Maggie

Your comments were absolute mommy shaming and not appropriate for this forum. Move along and have a blessed day with your 6 kiddos.

          • Naomi

So… I guess being “considerate” of others isn’t really your expertise I see. I don’t know you but the fact that you’d rather like to state your opinion knowing it could hurt others certainly makes me think so. I’m not sure if you’ve heard a word “if you don’t have a nice thing to say, don’t say it”? There is definitely a better way to suggest and to state your opinion but I guess I’m just different from you. I’d rather teach my kids to apologize if mistakes are made than saying ” I say whatever I’d like to because it’s my opinion. I don’t care if anyone else gets hurt by it.”

      • Ash

If you really were keeping your eyes on your 6 kids at all times, then you wouldn’t have so much time to be an Internet troll…so why don’t you take your own advice instead of preaching to others? I doubt that your kids are turning out “just fine” when their mother has such a nasty, smug attitude!

Also, having a child is someone’s right and cannot be infringed upon. Even if you don’t like it, other people cannot have their right to reproduce taken away from them. Deal with it.

        • Mommaof6(7thOnTheWay)

First, I am not a troll. Second, my kids are fine. My eldest(almost 17 with a good job for his age) has been in charge of fixing up a house I bought for him. He is buying it off of me little by little. He researches what needs to get done and he calls the professionals. He gets estimates and decides which professional to hire. I financially back him but he has a budget. So far the house is coming along great. How many of you can say your 16 year old is fixing up a house from top to bottom? Isn’t life grand 🙂 All of my kids excel in school and sports.

          • Ash

You are a troll…but you just got called out and didn’t expect it, so now you’re deflecting. But cool story, bro.

      • Annie

Actually I do watch my kids while their playing in this “cage” while tossing peanuts at them.

        • Mommaof6(7thOnTheWay)

Making fun of child neglect is not cool. AT ALL!
