  Daisy, it basically prompted me to select the free eyeshadow during checkout. When I first went to the checkout screen it asked if I wanted to apply my UD Junkie rewards. There was a round badge in that window with a cupcake and candle and a checkbox on it. I clicked on that badge, then it asked me to choose my eyeshadow color. 🙂
