How come it’s not taking the 10%off for me for 1 hour pick up?

I was able to order 6 sets of 15 for less than $14 from our local store, thank you. We’ll keep one set and give the rest to my son’s school (a special school for autism support). The students there will love them.

Oops, just the red frames are the 15 pack, the gold price is for a single.
People on another site are saying that when they pick it up, there is no 15 pack and that it is a mistake. They have been given the single sheets, but the store likely won’t have 15 to give you. Anyone have this happen?
Our order was not honored either. I ordered 6 packs of 15, they would only let us pick up 6 individual sheets for that price.
How do you get it to take 10% off for in store pick up?

I went to get my order and it had been canceled however they just let me have 3 single ones of these posters since they took them out of the system as it was a mistake.
