    Yes agree. I ordered rain boots for my kid and it was cancelled after 2 weeks. There was no reason for cancellation and I still see the item in their site.

    Buyer beware! Sites like this that collect info and cancel all orders might just be collecting info. My orders with them have also all been cancelled.

    I placed an order last evening and at checkout an item was already out of stock. I was still happy with all I was able to get though! Then this morning I got an email that almost everything I ordered had been cancelled😒 You win some, you lose some.

      I’m just reading through the other comments, yikes!! Seems like a common practice of theirs! I won’t be ordering from them ever again. It makes me nervous they have my info too😦

    I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered the rainboots awhile back when that deal was posted. They canceled one of the boot orders 2 weeks later. The other pair eventually came, but the money is still pending in my bank account. Not only is it still pending but it’s four different transactions. $1, $1, .50, $14.49? The keep taking money out and putting it back in. VERY weird fishy site if you ask me! :/

    Same thing happened to me 5 out of the 6 items I ordered were cancelled. Very nervous that I have them all my information. Wish I had read the comments on here first.

    I placed a order last night, for the lunchbox, tracking number says it’s on the way… I just tried to place another order using the code LOVE20, went through on my phone but wouldn’t take my card. So I get on my laptop and now it won’t take the code. Lol.

    I cannot find a phone number for this place and it says there is none available. I am going to call my credit card company and ask that they refuse all charges.

    It sounds like they *plan* to drag their feet with replies….sigh.

    Here is what my credit card company says: The charges have to post before I can dispute them, but it should not be a problem at that point. I can also put a block on all future charges… BUT, charges have to post before I can do anything. This is probably something to keep a note of and check on, even a month from now. I have a feeling this company makes takes their time with charges, so that people will forget.

    I hope others will keep us posted on your experience… 🙂

    You work so hard at maintaining this site ( thank you) and I wanted to give an update on my Spring order of Gymboree products. As I stated above, 4 of my 7 items were deleted. I did request a cancel . Thankfully, I got a response a few hours later that everything was already in process and it was too late to cancel. I was appreciative of their email, although it was generic and did not give a person’s name at the end. I thought that was a little strange since most companies give more personal service.My 3 remaining items arrived TODAY. It’s a weird packing receipt from Gymboree that says I paid with a MasterCard. ( I paid with Visa) It also shows I paid $6.00 in shipping. That is also false…. Basically, I am gathering that Spring does business for a lot of companies. I * think* what happens is that a lot gets lost in the process. Spring’s system may not know what is left in stock ( hence all the cancellations). I am disappointed that they do not have a phone number, and I think it’s weird. I suspect that the weird packing slip from Gymboree is a generic from them since they did not get my form of payment, Spring did. I will be watching my credit card to see what was charged… I’m hesistant to order with them again, but we’ll see how this all pans out. Thanks again, Collin!

    Ok, very last update: I called Gymboree and they saw my order. It looks like I was going to be charged $ 12.16 as of today. They did a 20% price adjustment off of that ( for the code LOVE20) and $6.00 off for the shipping. I was told my card will reflect this in 7-10 days… WHEW…. what a mess. So glad Gymboree could help.
