  11. Gordy

Was just at Costco took advantage of the frozen chicken nuggets! Our local Costco had the Tyson brand instead of Perdue which my family prefers. 5# bag for $5.99 awesome score!

  12. Ihearthip

    Great post!

  13. Ihearthip

I saw this deal in store but just checked online at its there too!: 3 Nasacort for $28.49!

  14. Vanessa

Thank you for this! I am always wondering if things there are a good deal since they don’t post their prices on the sale items , only the $ amount off. And unless something is super hot, most sites don’t post Costco deals.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re welcome Vanessa! Thanks for the feedback! 😉

    • Sharonl

There’s an app called Favado that posts stores’ prices. Costco is also included on their list of retailers. Is helped me when I needed to compare prices against the deals at Target or Walmart, etc… HTH!!!

  15. Jen

Thank you for posting Costco! Please please post more as this is the main place I shop and no other sites post their deals.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re very welcome Jen! I will definitely pass that along to the team!

  16. Denise

I’m debating whether or not to purchase a Costco membership. Do you feel it pays for itself right away? Are prices on household basics as good as couponing?

    • Alison

For awhile I didn’t want to purchase a Costco membership because I didn’t have a large family and thought the quantities were excessive. Now with two little kids and a baby, I love Costco. I definitely feel like I make the membership cost back in savings on fresh food like produce, cheese, and meat. These are things you almost never have coupons for. Also their rotisserie chickens and pizza are great for cheap takeout. Personally, what I avoid are snack foods, cereals, and cookies from Costco because the quantities are hard to finish before they go stale or worse these purchases mess up your diet.

    • Familyof7

If you get the gold membership and it doesn’t pay for its self you can get reimbursed your membership fee. As a large family I love Costco it is a great asset for us.

    • Melissa

I think a Costco membership is definitely worth it for many items. Can you find better deals with coupons? Often you can. But I for one am tired of all the work and mental energy it takes to use coupons. Not to mention the ink and paper to print them and the time to organize them, and the gas to chase the bargains. And the fact that some stores make it difficult to use coupons. So now I just use a smaller number of coupons, many of which are digital. I would rather do less store hopping. Costco is one of the few stores I now shop at. If the membership fee is too steep for you find a friend or family member to share the membership with. I love Costco!

    • Darcie

When deciding to get a membership or not, remember that one plus is savings on gas. So if your Costco is close enough that you’ll get gas there, that is good savings. Also, maybe this isn’t the case everywhere, but I like produce from Costco so much better than my local regular grocery stores. It seems to in general be more ripe and/or better tasting. Which makes it worth it even if it. It really cheaper

    • Denise

Thank you all for your feedback! I sincerely appreciate it!

    • rebecca

i find it especially good for items that don’t really have coupons at normal stores. high-quality coats and other clothing items or high-quality sheets or towels. deals on furniture items, or very thick-quality huge rolls of gift wrap. milk and bread we always get there for a deal, large quantities of meats or cheeses that we break up and freeze as smaller amounts…
i do buy cleaning supplies and other household items at Big Lots for cheaper. and i have never thought diapers or wipes are a good deal at Costco. (you can do much better on diapers at other stores by stacking coupons with a sale.)

are Huggins pull up pants cheaper than walamrt brand pull ups

    Thanks for the great post!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YW!

  21. Jensennine

This the month that they have the huge Finish Jet Dry B1G1Free too!

    • Lori

Ha! I just finished (no pun intended!) my first box from last year, and broke into the second! It is a lot of tablets!!

      • rebecca

they do last a long time — and i only use a half tablet each washload for the dishwasher. i know only half of my loads will have the red powerball thing, but that doesn’t seem to matter. my dishes are so clean and streak-free every time even using only half a detergent tab.

  22. Kim

Costco is my happy place.(on weekdays, of course. Weekends are a zoo).

    • jen

      Ditto!

  23. cindy B

Coffee is a good deal, too. Starbucks roasts one variety of Kirkland Signature. We like the100% Columbian, dark roast (not Starbucks roasted). Return policy is awesome. Feedback from others is so helpful!

  24. Darcy

Did anyone happen to see how much the Dyson v6 was?

  25. Mamochka5

I think the kirklands diapers are great and hard to beat the price unless there is one available through Amazon family with a coupon and subscription!

    • Sharonl

I agree! I feel they are almost comparable in quality to the Huggies Little Movers Plus! I use the Kirkland diapers when the Huggies are not on sale. These make excellent night time diapers because it has great absorbency! Huggies price did go up from last year when they were $38.99, but when they are on sale, it makes it more bearable.
