What all can the $4 /1 revlon face product be used on? I went to target and it wouldn’t scan mine. It shows the lipstick on the picture but it wouldn’t scan for it
Hi Tyna! So sorry you had trouble with this coupon at check-out. I think the Insta-Blush is actually pictured on that coupon. It looks a lot like lipstick so that may be why the coupon isn’t scanning. Face products usually include BB and CC cream, primer, foundation, concealer, blush, highlighter, bronzer or any contouring products. In some cases “face products” includes lipstick but I think for this particular coupon, lipsticks may be excluded. Hope this helps! 🙂
