I tried this company when a deal was posted over December. Worst costumer service experience ever. Glasses came out jacked up and I even sent the doctor prescription. There are several other companies similar out there. Save yourself a headache and select another.

YES! I had a problem too and they kept the glasses I returned and never fixed them or refunded! I had to get my cc company to intervene.
STAY AWAY! They are awful!
Yes!!! The only way I was able to get a refund was through the CC company and it went right through. Like refund within a week! Totally fishy workings to me.
