- Take a photo of your entire receipt showing the qualifying items circled – make sure the retailer name, date, time, qualifying purchases and receipt total are visible
- Visit www.hamburgerhelper.com/freemilk either on your mobile device or your desktop computer
- Select the option to Submit the Image of your Receipt
- Follow the instructions to complete the online request form and submit the image
- Once your submission has been validated, you will receive an email or text with a reward code
- You will enter this code and your mailing address at www.hamburgerhelper.com/freemilk (choose the receive your rebate option) to receive your rebate check or PayPal credit. Codes must be redeemed by 11/30/17.
