If you’re a Staples Rewards member, you may have received an email with a mystery reward from staples@easy.staples.com with the subject line “$5, $500, even $1,000 could be waiting for you.”
To reveal your reward, head to your local Staples store and click the “Claim Reward” link in your email – it could be worth $5, $500, or even up to $1,000 through March 25th! Note that this reward is valid in-store only!
There will be a total of three $1,000 Mystery Rewards, 475 $500 Mystery Rewards, 1,425 $250 Mystery Rewards, 2,375 $100 Mystery Rewards, 47,500 $50 Mystery Rewards, 237,500 $25 Mystery Rewards, 712,501 $10 Mystery Rewards and 3,748,231 $5 Mystery Rewards.

I called the customer service phone number and they were nice enough to tell me. I would make the drive for 1k but not $5!
