For those of you having issues – try changing the date and time of what showing you want to see at the top of the page. Each theater can only hold so many people! I changed mine to Sunday @ 3:45 and managed to get 3 tickets.

Has anyone bought tickets and changed the showing time? I don’t see where to do that
I did this for Beauty & the Beast, but you can’t do it online. I called customer service and they refunded the original purchase, then applied the promo code back to my account. So I was able to re-purchase the B&TB tickets with the same promo code (BOGO plus $5 off) for a new time. They were super helpful!
Up at the very top of the screen, there is a drop down menu with dates. I think the deal is dead now though.
I bought Beauty and the Beast but I got very sick and asked the (theater) for a voucher and now I can watch it any day.

Just wanted to say thank you Collin. I took my son and daughter. We really enjoyed this movie, but I think I enjoyed it more since I grew up on Power rangers. It’s funny how everything just keeps coming back around and around.
