I understand that many of you are loving this page but I would like to warn anyone that is expecting high quality items. This is not the place to get it from. I had nothing but bad experiences with Hollar and would never spend a dime there. If you buy cheap you get cheap. Everything from defective packaging to broken glass … Stay away!!!
I think it depends on what you buy. I mostly buy toys with brands I know, and know are a good deal and have always been happy with those.
Did you contact customer service? I received a cracked item and they sent me a new one. I also received an item with a design flaw and they were quick to give me a refund for that item.
I have only ordered once from them, fabric storage cubbies with lids and I was quite pleased with them, in fact I ordered some more after seeing the quality of the first ones. I’m sure it depends on what you are ordering.

Hollar has A LOT of name brands! A tip is to do a search in the upper right and stick to the brands you know and trust.
