I had the worst experience with this company. I sent them the actual doctors prescription and they somehow managed to put the incorrect prescription in. Getting a refund was a nightmare. The only way I got my refund was because I issued a dispute from my card company. Every time I talked to customer service I ended up with less information than I begun with. It was just a rehearsed speech they told everyone. I advice to use another company similar.
Uggghhhh, this makes me sad, but thanks for sharing! My husband must wear prescription sunglasses and he has lost at least 5 expensive pairs in the past 3 years. I just found out this weekend that his most recent pair disappeared in the past couple weeks. I’m searching for a place to replace the for less than $150 because the lenses are so expensive. If anyone has suggestions, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!!
Goggles4u was great to deal with. I needed help with both of my orders from them and they are very helpful and extremely low priced!
Mine were prescription sunglasses and with a coupon code available at the time, cost under $10 😎
Highly recommend zenni optical!
Hey Hashin,
I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. If you drop me an email (ben@glassesusa.com) with your order number, I’d like to do some following up with production and customer service to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
Thanks,
Ben
I’d recommend Zenni too. I just got 5 pairs all with anti-reflective and scratch coating for $100. 2 were sunglasses and one turned to sunglasses when outside (like Transitions). Maybe these are better quality frames though? I’m willing to try these if something about them is better than Zenni
Kathryn, I’ve been looking on Zenni recently but can’t seem to get much under $100 a pair. What am I doing wrong?
Emily: 4 of mine were the $7 ones. I paid $5 each for the anti-reflective (anti scratch is included). So those are only $11 for glasses! To make them sunglasses is 5-7(or8?) more depending on which you pick. I opted for the less expensive “transition” kind just to see if I like them. One of the frames was $30, but still only $40 total for that one…
Thanks, Kathryn. I’ll keep looking around. How did you like the less expensive transition option?
I would definitely recommend Zenni also! I’ve ordered 2 pairs now and first time, I wasn’t a big fan of the color and they allowed me to return them without any hassle. The second pair was perfect (until my Husband stepped on them months later) I will definitely be ordering another pair!
Does anyone have any experience with Goggles4u?
I have ordered from them 3 times now. Very happy with the items I’ve received. They run Buy 1 get 1 free specials frequently too!
Should be receiving my second order today! Love my first pair, ordered a second pair the day I got mine!
Is anyone else having trouble loading the webpage?
Never mind… it just wouldn’t load on my iPad… laptop is fine.
Glad to hear it finally worked for you! Thanks for the update!
