FYI xyzal is the same ingredient in zyrtec and was not proven more effective.

Actually it is levocetirizine, not the exact same as cetirizine.

Allison is correct. I use script Xyzal, zyrtec has no effect on me.

I have used xyzal for years and love it!! I have been on claritin and Zyrtec which didn’t help. I was on allegra doe years and then they switched me a few years ago and I haven’t looked back!!

Twice I’ve “gotten” a free product from Dr
Oz and never recieved anything.

I have won 3 items from Dr Oz. I never knew I won until they came in the mail. Just because you enter his contests doesn’t mean you’ve won.

I agree, although its supposedly similar to Zyrtec, the Levocetrizine works much better for us as well. I am SO happy that this is available OTC, so no more need to go to the allergist (who is NOT cheap on our insurance!)! If all of the other allergy meds don’t work for you I would definitely recommend giving Xyzal a try for at least a few days/week. Hubby and I love it.
