I ordered the 100 blooms a couple years ago for my husband and when it first arrived I have to admit i was disappointed. But over the next week or so it became so beautiful. I was very very happy with the order (and yes I ordered my husband flowers to his brand new work place)

Aww, how sweet! Happy to hear how nice your order turned out to be Anna! Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s a good idea to think ahead for Easter Sunday and Mother’s Day.

      Great idea Tien!

What is this additional “care & delivery” charge on top of the delivery charge? I mean, for the initial $13 delivery charge I’d hope they would “care” for the delivery…

There’s a $13.50 Groupon today (on $30 worth, before tax and shipping).

      Sweet find! Thanks for sharing!

I bought the Groupon for 13$ (for 30$ worth of merch) the only 19$ flowers that qualified for purchase was the 12 mult colored roses. Ended up settling on some tulips for 29. Plus the 12.99 shipping, plus the handling fee, plus tax. All in all my cc was charged 19.99, plus the 13 I paid upfront. Not too bad, but not my original deal I thought I had πŸ˜‰
Good timing tho to brighten my friend’s crappy day! Thanks for the heads up!!

I did a deal similar to this yesterday! I bought the Groupon first (got it for $13 — $30 voucher), used eBates to buy it, then used eBates again to purchase from Proflowers (12% cashback)! I was about to get something like a $60+ package for around $26. πŸ™‚ Awesome deal for my mom’s birthday! Proflowers had great reviews, too.

    12% cashback on Ebates, also!

I recently ordered a plant from Proflowers to send to a funeral. I was so disappointed by the plants late arrival. It took 4-5 days to arrive when I ordered next day delivery….arriving after the burial. Proflowers impressed me big time! They originally refunded my $24 delivery fee (expedited delivery) without me requesting it and even emailed me to apologize that it was going to be late. A few days later I got a phone call from an employee saying that they take total responsibility for the super late arrival and wanted to refund me 100%. She even called the funeral home to ensure the plant made it home with the widow. That is wonderful customer service. Accidents and problems happen but they sure stepped up to the plate and kept my business!

Happy to hear how helpful their customer service was! Thanks for the feedback!

Unless you are buying for someone who doesn’t live near you I would just get some flowers from the grocery store. They last just as long and are much cheaper. Plus a lot of the times they have a really nice selection.

They now only send a few blooms and mostly buds on most of their flower arrangements, without telling you until you place your order. Just a FYI.

My only issue with ProFlowers is that they charge an additional $12.99 for shipping on top of the $2.99 care and handling. They also don’t tell you that until you put in your CC information at checkout. I tend to shop local flower shops nowadays.
