I’ve never seen this product in any stores near me before! I love their soup!

  2. JA

Has anyone tried this yet? Does it really taste like Panera?

    • momo

Fam was sick with the flu, so i picked up a few 2was ago. Tomato Bisque(was blah), Broccoli Cheddar(was OK, def cheesy), Lobster Bisque(DH says was OK, but got sick;-\). I still have New England clam chowder at home to try. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth it’s full cost & overpriced. If u want to try it, better to buy when on sale only.

      • JA

Yeah I def wouldn’t pay full price. At 5.49 I would rather get a bread bowl full of hot broccoli soup in front of the fire place at Panera! I think I will pass. 😕 thanks for your review. Hope the fam is feeling better!

        Odd choices for the flu

        • Crystal

That’s what I was thinking too! Lol!

They sell that at SAMs. You can freeze them if you want for later

    • Laura

Yes! 😀 I buy the chicken tortilla soup. Better deal than normal Target price especially when it’s on sale.

I’ve seen it at our local Target (Cedar Rapids) and Sam’s. I recently got a $1 off any size coupon from Panera in my email. It’s pretty good. Just don’t look at the ingredients. It’s def not the healthiest. ☹️

I have to concur on the Lobster Bisque mentioned above…I did not like it and I’m not a very picky eater. It tasted off:(

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the feedback Annie! Sorry to hear you did not care for that variety!

We love Panera but these do not taste good! It’s like others said, just taste off. We’ve tried tomato bisque, broccoli cheddar, (one of my sons does like this one) and a lemon chicken orzo not sure of exact name. I would just get Panera over these.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Bummer! Thanks for your review Sarah!

I got the 2-pk Cheddar Broccoli from Sam’s a while ago when they had an instant coupon. It was ok, def not like getting it from Panera and even the knockoff recipe above is better! They freeze well, so good to have when you need a quick meal and don’t feel like going out. My hubby is having dental work on Thurs, so these will do until he’s ready for solids.

  8. Donna

I LOVE Panera soups, and happen to really like the ready to go ones in the stores. Clam chowder and tomato are good, and autumn squash is my favorite! Thanks for the heads up on the Target deal!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Donna!

Wish I could buy their bread to go w it! I read here they have lobster bisque…gonna have to try it this week

Try Target’s Archer Farms Sliced Tuscany bread from their bakery. It toasts nicely and is a great soup accompaniment. It also does a really good job at panini/grilled sandwiches.

Wishing we had a super Target 😢

  11. cooper

wish there were super Targets in New York!!!!!!!

Anyone know if this includes the mac and cheese? I find that when it’s microwaved it’s exactly like panera, the cheese is just a little more runny.
