    Thanks

    • Kimberly (Stylish Sidekick)

      You’re welcome! 🙂

Does Walmart still give the overage? How is it a $.50 money maker?

    • Laura

Walmart does give overage, you’ll need to add something else to your purchase for the overage to attach to.

      • Laura

Buy your Walmart may vary, that’s just how it works at my local Walmart.

    • May

Unfortunately mine doesn’t. But hey free is free 🙂 YAY!

  3. Sarah

I saw some multi pack Atlantis pens on clearance at Walmart the other day…not sure the price

    • Tarri

I have had issues of using coupons on clearance items at Walmart, they seem to code the item under a new upc and that makes the coupon beep as no item found, so I just gave up.

  4. Anna

I usually do not coupon at Walmart, last time i tried they did not accept my coupon because it was a few cents over the price of the item.

    • Lisa

Anna, that’s sometimes where the self-check out is best. I know it puts another cashier out of work, but….

      • CJ

I did the self check out at Target because upon looking at a recipt after a trip there, I discovered 4 coupons didn’t scan. As I was being rung up I noticed that a couple didn’t scan – they usually put them aside and try again at the end – he didn’t and didn’t give them back either. I didn’t notice till after the fact and the store was closing. The next time I went in, I used self check out so I could scan the coupons myself and make sure that they would scan (which they all did)- well after you do that, an employee (in my case a manager) had do come over and eyeball each and every coupon to make sure they were valid. I do print some from work and those don’t print in color. The black and white alawys look like you could have simply copied them so I get nervous. I felt like I was doing something wrong and won’t do that again. I don’t like to feel like I’m doing something wrong when I’m not.

        • Lisa

I agree, CJ. It is kind of a pain as I have experienced that as well at Target. What I don’t understand (as I’ve experienced before) is that some cashiers don’t even attempt to scan the coupons, and as I understand it, if I were to simply copy a copy of a coupon, it will only scan once and only once, for example, on Coupons.com. It will only allow you to print out 2 coupons of the same one. I’ve had some cashiers that say I’ve “copied” them. Frustrating to say the least. I always tell them to simply try and scan it. If I had copied a copy of a coupon, it shouldn’t scan.

          • David

Unfortunately copied coupons do scan and that’s why they’re so strict with them. Each print will have a unique number on it, usually by the QR code I think, but the bar code numbers are exactly the same. If you’re redeeming multiple printed coupons in the same transaction and get accused of copying them, show them that those codes are different.

My local Walmart now has to verify all coupons at the self-checkout because there’s not much to stop someone from copying a printed coupon and using it four times. Walmart will still pay the overage in cash, but a lot of their employees don’t know that. You are not required to check out with additional items, but it does avoid the potential hassle of the employee not knowing how to handle the situation of needing to give you money back.

            • Lisa

I didn’t know that, David, that copied coupons still scan. Unreal.

In NM they don’t care about the policy either each store is different each manager is different.

Is anyone else having trouble printing from more than one printer? I ask since this morning, I went to print the new coupons from my laptop and did two copies then went to my desktop to print and it is saying that I’ve reached my limit on all those I printed from the laptop. It’s never done this to me before. 🙁

    • Mina

That’s odd, it worked fine for me. I used one printer to print from three different laptops and they all worked fine. Did you try clearing your history and cache?

    • Chelsea

Ah, found out the problem– I had used my cell phone number for both computers’ coupons.com verification so now they are linked to my number so I can only print one pair

      • Grey

this has happened to me, you need to clear your cache so it wipes it clean. In your browser – go to settings > advanced settings then clear your browsing data. That should reset it. if you can avoid entering your number – or use another number for the other computer you can continue – I have actually had luck now printing two sets from one computer just using a different browser if I keep my data wiped.
