   Just tried to order 1 of these items online and got an error message. I called Eddie Bauer and they said the VISASHIP1 code expired in March. Very disappointed because that code along w/ my $10 Rewards Cert. would have made an awesome deal 🙁

  How odd as when I click through the main link above I still find code VISASHIP1 to be valid when using Visa Checkout. Are you able to try it in a different browser?

  So strange! The customer service rep. insisted the code expired but I went back to my online order a couple of hours later and it worked. Now I will cross my fingers that I actually receive the item because w/ my rewards cert., I got a $60(original price)fleece for $8.32!!

   Heads up, I ordered one of these the last time this deal was offered and used a $10 certificate. Two days later I received an email stating my order could not be fulfilled because they were out of stock. I called customer service to see if I could order a different size for the sale price. While they would allow me to substitute, they wouldn’t let me use the $10 certificate, as I had used it on the original order….even though they canceled the order. So, in the end I didn’t get the sweatshirt and lost out on the $10 certificate, and now they have the size in stock.

  Try emailing the customer service.I had an order cancelled due to out of stock for which i used the gift certificate.I emailed them letting them know I lost the 10$ and they emailed me another one to use the next cycle.
