So impressed with Lands End! I recently sent back both of my twins’ backpacks after 1.5years of use, the zippers had torn away from the bags. I printed the return slip, filled it out for an exchange, and paid for shipping (flat rate box thru usps). Within 2 weeks I received 2 new backpacks AND they refunded my shipping cost which I guess they just noted off the postage on the box. They even sent me a $20 gift card which was the difference between the new and old bags and my shipping cost! Great customer service!

It’s like Applepay or Paypal…it just stores your credit card so you can login and checkout with Visa Checkout. If you have a Starbucks card and you reload it, there is the option to reload via. Visa Checkout (vs. entering your credit card info with Starbucks). It’s free.

Side note- To everyone having trouble with Visa Checkout and free 2 day shipping…I had to clear my browser history and cookies, etc, and then redo my order. I had to do this twice since I ordered 2 totes (well actually more than that because I tried to add another promo code and then it threw out the free shipping…it was a mess)…essentially clear my browser/cookies/etc. for each order. I wasn’t able to find any free monogramming codes, but I did use ebates (2%) and Shop Your Way points. All, in all, it looks like my orders will arrive before Easter (fingers crossed).
