If anyone got the email with $5 off in store and won’t be using it, I would love to have it!! Need to buy a waterproof mattress protector for my son who has been sick at night. Thank you! Junogreenie at gmail.com

    • Stef

Hi Emily, I have one, will not be using. Will trade for 5$ amazon 🙂

      • Gina

That’s a lousy trade. You want her to spend $5 to get a $5 coupon that you got for free. That’s only a deal for you.

        • errrrrrr

I don’t think it’s a lousy trade. The net result is that someone gives $5 to get $5, so it’s perfectly equitable. It doesn’t matter how the trader gets the code/coupon/gift card/whatever. How do you know Stef didn’t get her code for free (through promotions/surveys/whatever)? If Stef doesn’t like the deal offered to her, she is free to decline. But in no way is the trade lousy.

        • sophie

WHAT? How is she paying $5? If she has an amazon gift card she will trade her kohls gift card for it. I highly doubt she will BUY $5 gc to trade. I would think most people trading gift cards and codes get them for free anyway. Who would buy gift cards to trade them. I dont understand your logic on this one.

        • Emily

Thanks for the offer but I was able to get one. I don’t think it’s the worst trade in the world, but when offering a code like this in exchange for a giftcard I like to see people looking for a giftcard of slightly less value (I.e. $3 in this case.) The main reason for this with Kohls is that the $5 will come off before the 30% coupon, so essentially you are saving only $3.50 off your purchase with the $5 code (since without it, you would have gotten 30% off of that $5.) Kohls is tricky like that. If I am going to purchase a giftcard to trade, I want there to be some benefit to me, and definitely don’t want to lose money on the deal. Thank you so much for your offer though! In theory $5 for $5 should be fair but Kohls is a little wonky with their codes.

          • sophie

OK, so you ask people for their gift cards they are not going to use without offering any incentive. I understand there are people (nice & not greedy)who don’t need an incentive and pass their codes on to someone asking for them without anything in return. So you got free money. But you won’t make a trade with someone unless it benefits YOU? That’s being selfish. I can read between the lines.

            • Emily

Sophie, I think maybe you are misunderstanding me here – I am saying that when I trade (and I have traded here frequently in the past) if I am asking someone for a gift card in exchange for a free coupon that I got I normally ask for something of less value than what I am trading because they are paying out of pocket to purchase a giftcard. As an example, if I were going to trade $10 kohls cash I would ask for probably $6 in giftcard since kohls cash acts more as a coupon instead of a giftcard and as I explained above isn’t worth the full face value since it deducts before other coupons. If you are trading actual gift cards then I can see wanting a straight across even trade. Example $5 amazon gc for a $5 target gc. However trading giftcards like that is always a little risky because there are a lot of scammers on here. Anyways, someone was very kind today and gave me their coupon for free. I have done that many times to others on here as well. I was simply trying to explain why in this situation a $5 amazon gc wouldn’t be worth this coupon to me. 🙂

            • Emily

Actual giftcards are worth more to me than promotional coupons like this because they can be combined with other coupons. Sophie keeps calling this kohls $5 a giftcard but I just wanted to make it clear that it is not the same thing as a giftcard, so that those new to couponing will be aware. Giftcards don’t expire and don’t have restrictions like these coupons do. Poor Stef, sorry didn’t mean to turn this into a drama for you. I know you only meant well, and I would have considered trading something with you if a kind soul on here hadn’t given me a coupon already. I hope you can make a trade work with someone and have a wonderful day! 🙂

    • Memeoffour

      • Jane

  6. Lindsey

    How is this brand?

  7. Hashin

Off topic: does Kohl’s normally take some time to ship product off vs other bigger retailers? I ordered something last weekend and it’s still showing in fulfillment (although is projected to be delivered as soon as today), just wondering if it’s normal or I’m just REALLY impatient and have adjusted to Amazons 2 day shipping too comfortably.

    • Happymama

Kohl’s shipping does take forever, sorry. The good thing is you’ll be surprised when it comes, forget what it was and it will be like opening a Christmas gift to yourself, LOL!

      • Hashin

        Haha! Thanks.

  8. Tina

If anyone has a $5 coupon that they won’t use, I would happily drive to my closest store to use it. Thank you in advance. I don’t have anything other than positive thought and warm regards to trade.

    Tuberose@live.com

    • Ala

Tina, check your email! I could really use your positive thoughts 🙂

      • Tina

Alina, thank you again. Positive thought, warm regards and many well wishes to you. I hope that your day brightens up and you can see the simple joys in the world. Even on the worst days, try to find one thing that is a positive. It helps me (and I’ve had some rough days recently too).

  9. Glade

I have 20% off from Dominos on your next order. Expires on 04/10. Can trade it for 5 Kohls cash 😃

    • AP

      Very nice of you. 🙂

  10. Alex

If anyone has a 10 off 30 for in store it would be greatly appreciated …. angelkiss0927 at aol- thanks!

  11. Sandy

What happened to give from your heart not from your pocket. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves trading things.

    • AP

Trading doesn’t bother me, especially for higher values. But it also doesn’t hurt to give the code away if you weren’t going to use it anyway. I get warm fuzzies when I see that happen here.

    • Daniela

Ashamed? No. Trading is another way to coupon. Up to both parties to agree to the deal. Or walk away!

    • Errrrr

Giving is giving, and trading is trading. Two distinct concepts. If people want to give, they are free to do so. Likewise, if people want to trade, they are free to do so. It’s not clear why you think “everyone should be ashamed” for trading. Where is the shameful part if both parties are fully aware that a transaction is clearly a trade?

    • Workaholic

Not sure why people should be ashamed of themselves for wanting to trade. Trading is as old as time. People shouldn’t be “forced” to give. To each their own.

  12. cynthia

Thank you got a set for my mom. For mothers day😙

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      How sweet! You’re welcome Cynthia!

  13. NICOLE

The deal says ” $25.99 shipped” for cardholders? How does the rebate work? Is there a credit automatically applied at checkout?

    • K.

No like she said, it’s a mail in rebate. Usually takes like 8 weeks and they’ll mail you a check. The “$25 shipped” implies that you’ll pay $25 in total, including the (free) shipping. It will be $55 up front with a rebate to come later.

  14. ashley

Also looking for a $5 if anyone isn’t using! College student and single mom trying to get a good start. Thank you in advance!

  15. Rose

Just to Let you all know that the BUNNY30 code will not work on electronics. I tried. 🙁

  16. Maria

Does anyone know if this is available I’m store?
    Thanks

  17. Sara

If anyone is not using their $5 coupon (or rewards or Kohl’s cash), I would love to trade, I have some Children’s Place $10 off $20 place cash (valid starting April 12th or so, I need to check). I also have a Gymboree, Crazy8 and Janie & Jack 20% coupon. Please let me know if interested.
My email is masila2015 at yahoo.com
    Thank you!

  18. Jane

Apparently the $10 off $50 coupon is universal.. does anyone have it wouldn’t mind sharing?

  19. Millie

None of this makes any sense. Why would anyone spend $5 to save $5? Might as well not bother with the coupon. SMH.

  20. Teasha

I went in the store and bought a set. Was able to use the $5 from email and also had $10 in Yes to You. After the $30 rebate I will only pay $18 and that includes the tax!! Woo Hoo

    • Jane

Did you use 15% off? Or 30% W Kohl’s charge?
