    FINALLY! Thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Jamie!

  2. Maria

I was offered a new no rush option this week … $3.00 happy belly credit. Does anyone know if those credits stack ?

  3. leah

    Do the credits stack?

    • Sarah

      No

  4. Kim

They did the last time I had them. I had a ton of credit for digital, and we were able to get 3 Disney Shorts plus a full Disney movie for FREE!

    • Jill

Do you get a code to get Disney Movie Reward points with the Amazon Video downloads? Would love to get extra benefit from these credits. Plus my kids would love the movies!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome!

  5. CincySC

Are you able to pick what you apply your “no-rush” credits to? It always offers mine for Prime Now, which I have no interest in at the moment.

    • Jade

I don’t think so. When you click no-rush it tells you what the credits are for. They usually offer me Prime Pantry so I don’t click “no-rush” unless they’re offering a digital credit.

      • CincySC

Thank you. I figured that was the case. Amazon is missing out, I think, by not letting us choose. Prime Now is very overpriced for what you get, IMO.

  6. momo

Ita about time! Amazon had no way of checking until your at checkout. It was seriously annoying & there way of u forgetting.

    • April

There was a way to check your balance before you just didn’t know about it.

  7. Lissy

How long are the rewards good for? We have gotten rewards, but always seem to disappear before we could use them.

    • Ashley

Just looked, I’ve got one that expires in June… didn’t realize they expired. That sucks

      • Cristine

Yeah just realized they expire when I checked mine and had none. 😢

  8. PDX To OGG Mama

We’ve used our digital credits for a turbotax download, photo editing software and also lots of movie rentals (when Redbox has been out or we’re just too plain lazy to move).

  9. Tracy

Thank you, always forget about those!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Tracy!

  10. Elsa

You can check your credit balances now in the emails you get when your order ships – they should send one with the title “Benefits Confirmation for Order XX-XX-XX”. There’s usually a link in there that’ll take you to the right page. I noticed they started doing that a few mos ago. I love when they have the $1 digital credits — have gotten quite a few Kindle books this way! I’m never interested in the $20 for Amazon Home Services, and have only ever opted for the Prime Pantry credits a few times. Such a nice benefit for Prime members. 😄

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for the feedback Elsa!

    • Masmics

On a related note, has anyone here ever used the Amazon Home services? If so what did you think?

  11. Mamarenie

I thought last time I used them they cheated me. I have been keeping track and they cheated me again. I should have 47 more dollars in credits. They said only 9! Customer service was very rude. I will never use this again.. back to 2 day for me..

    • Cristine

Perhaps they expired? I didn’t know they expire until I just checked and I had zero balance.

    • Mia

Yes, my experience was bad with this system as well, they expire too soon and cs won’t budge. It only makes sense if you are ready to use the credits within a few days to a week, otherwise it’s just a tricky way for amazon to get prime members to slow down on fast shipping, since it’s so hard to know what you have and when it’s gone. I had quiet a few and maybe got to actually take advantage of 10% of credits, the rest expired while I was waiting for an actual deal to spend them on or for items to be in stock, etc
Actually, my membership just expired and I am okay with it, less shopping for me. Amazon is time consuming and money of course. Feels great to take a break. Will only order what I need now and support their competition, the smaller guys.

  12. Steph

They have always had an option to check your balance…it wasnt as friendly as this is but it has always been there

  13. Gloria

They cheated me. They offered me pantry and I was not able to use it, because it expired. I do not waste my time with no rush. I keep using the 2 days delivery it is not worth. My own opinion.

    • Dee

They didn’t cheat your the credit just expired. You could have used it before it expired.

    • Mia

It’s a tricky system, so I would say very close to cheating.

    • Sarah

I don’t think it’s cheating either. The expiration date is stated. I have some sitting there that expire on June 11th. If I use them it’s my choice, if I don’t, it’s also my choice- but amazon won’t have cheated me. They always let you know the expiration every step.

    • Jade

All of my Prime Pantry credits expired and I didn’t feel cheated. They sent me plenty of email notifications warning me that the credits were about to expire.

  14. Tricia

I had two $5 Pantry credits and when I shipped a box to my college son last week, only one came off. I still have the other credit… so I guess you can use only one at a time?

    • Maria

The pantry credits are only 1 credit per order (no stacking). I try to use mine when I also need things in the “buy 5 items get free shipping category”.. then that’s a good deal for me 🙂

      • Michelle

I do this with mine as well but lately instead of shipping they charge $5.99 handling. Has this happened to anyone else? They give free shipping but charge handling?!

        • Mia

This is what’s frustuating, they charge prime members s or h, and then the paying member has to hunt for credits to undo that fee. Something is fishy about prime but not so prime layers on amazon.

  15. jeanette

the digital credits can be used on video game downloads

    • Mia

Always wondered how to use those credits

  16. Vivian

    Thank you for this!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re so welcome!

  17. Jill

I use my credits for kindle books. The credits do expire and it is your responsibility to know when.

    • April

Yep mine have all expired and never could figure out how to check them or use them. Huge disappointment and flaw in Amazons part

      • Mia

Lost most of mine. It is disappointing because I am think they set it up in a way for you to forget and not know how many you have left and when they expire.

        • Jill

They send you an email to let you know you got the credit and mine always told me when it would expire.

  18. Denise

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up Collin

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Denise!

  19. Gloria

Thank you !!! Happy Easter 🌹

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re so welcome! Happy Easter! 🙂

  20. LindaK

Mine expired, I did check and wanted to use them on Pantry, but everything is so overpriced – why bother!

  21. Mara

How do you use the credit? I have $5, is there a redemption code?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

They are automatically applied to qualifying orders. 🙂

  22. Karen

I frequently chose “no rush” even if I know I don’t want the credit they offer — if I don’t need something in a hurry. I also usually check to not rush something out if something else isn’t waiting — hate getting 3 boxes for 3 things! I just figure why should someone think – oh, got to be done asap if I do not need it asap? I hate when that happens to me at work – I stay an extra 15 minutes to finish it right now….then find out it could have been done tomorrow.

  23. Laurie

Thank you for sharing this!! I have $12 that I forgot about!

  24. Michelle

The great thing is you can accumulate over time, turn them into Xbox digital codes and get laptops and or Xbox consoles for free. We’ve managed to snag a brand new laptop AND an Xbox One console for $0!

  25. Lynne

I’m really confused as to how to use the PrimeNow credits. I have $40 worth. I went to the PrimeNow website and chose Whole Foods. I put $$39 worth of goods in my PrimeNow cart and when I go to check out it shows that’s it’s charging me $39. Nothing was subtracted. Does it wait until you select your time delivery slot before it shows that you don’t owe anything? Any guide me through this process? I’d appreciate it!
