Winco normally sells them for a $1, at most $1.49,.I love me some Target, but I tend to pass on most groceries there since they tend to be a bit high priced.

I don’t know if it’s a glitch in my Baton Rouge store, but most of the time my cartwheels that list LA as an exclusion still work. (At least on dairy ones and that’s the most common exclusion.)
