  1. What!!!

Any Goodwill in the country has five bread machines on the shelf for under $10, and you should go buy one of them. Pick up some yeast, get some decent bread flour, and make the best damn pizzas and bread you have ever had.

    • Alli

      Yup!

    • Laurie

So true! I bought mine for $5 at a garage sale 6 years ago and it works great!

    • Erin

So true! Goodwill always has a number of bread machines, ice cream makers, and other not-often-used small appliances, especially following “wedding season.”

  2. Elizabeth

My husband bought this for me for my birthday and I really like it. Such a great price!

    • Kimberly (Stylish Sidekick)

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback Elizabeth!

  3. Roxy

I own a Panasonic bread machine that you can get for $100 at Walmart online or anywhere online. Had it for 5 yrs, use it EVERYDAY for breads, to make/rise dough for all baking and absolutely love it. This brand seems promising too. If I didnt have one I would totally get it!! 😊

How cool! Thanks for sharing Roxy!

Anyone willing to share their favorite bread machine bread recipe?

    • Workaholic

Yes! I’ve used this one to make cinnamon rolls and cinnamon raisin bread.

      1 c. Water
      1/4 c vegetable oil
      3 c bread flour
      2 tbsp granulated sugar
      1 1/2 tsp salt
      2 1/4 tsp breadmachine yeast

Put liquid in first, then dry last. This makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.

  5. Workaholic

I love this breadmachine. It’s changed my life and waistline, lol! This is a great price! I’ve made loafs, bagels, donuts, hotdog buns, hamburger buns, cinnamon rolls, and jam! Super easy to use and easy to clean.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh awesome! Happy to hear how great this machine has worked for you! Thanks for the great feedback!

Any healthy bread recipes? I want to get a bread machine but only if I can find some healthy recipes

  7. Cindy

I got my bread machine for $5 at a rummage sale. Still had the stickers on the outside and the manual. Our favorite recipe is Hawaiian Bread. OMG!
    7/8 cup Pineapple Juice
    1 egg
    4 Tablespoons Milk
    2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    2 & 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
    3/4 Teaspoon Salt
    3 Cups Bread Flour
    1 & 1/2 Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast

Makes a 2 lb loaf. Use basic setting, and I prefer the light crust. Check on dough after 5-10 minutes , should be round & smooth. If not add a liquid teaspoon at a time. Enjoy!!
