I’ve tried it on three different browsers, 4 different brands. Upset that I spent an hour doing this when I should have been reading or playing with my kids.
you should contact customer service rather than getting mad at anyone. it worked for a lot of people. at least be grateful that she took the time to post it for everyone.

I’ve tried switching browsers and used my phone and computer. I’ve tried items not on clearance also. Can’t seem to get the free shipping. It shows free 2 day shipping but then says right under it “shipping charges $5”
Free shipping from shoprunner is not working for me. I sign in and it gives me free 2-day shipping but underneath that it charges me $5 in shipping charges. It says “some items are not eligible for free 2-day shipping.” Is anyone else having the same problem? If it’s working for you, what items are you purchasing?

For those who having trouble with shop runner checkout. When you add an item to your cart, do not click checkout button, just click on VIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART, then it gives an option of shop runner express check out. This is what did, and didn’t pay any shipping charges. Hope this helps.

Don’t check out with shop runner. Make sure you check out on Neimans checkout page then it should remove the shipping cost as long as you’re logged in to shop runner. Hope that helps! It worked for me

You’re suppose to click on someone’s referral link to get the $10 off $10. The one they send you in the email is only the $10 off $50. Try clicking on Colin’s referral link again and a referral code should pop up (take a picture of it). Then shop! 🙂
