Sugar is my vice! However, my recent bloodwork came back showing I’m pre-diabetic…yikes! I’ve started drinking only water or tea (no sweetener), eating only 1 tiny morsel of something sweet every day (instead of twice a day–haha!!), eating a diet heavy on fruits and veggies and minimal carbs.
