I have this tracker and I love it. (Don’t really have another to compare to) but it seems to work really well. It tracks my sleep accurately too. I have had friends tell me their fitbit doesn’t track if your not swinging your arm as you walk – do not have that problem with this one!

Great to hear that Julie! Thanks for the feedback!

I have an original UP that I’m actually wearing right now. I bought it like 2+ years ago and it still works great!

How cool! Good to know how well it has held up! Thanks for sharing!

I have the upgraded tracker & still love it! This is the only tracker I will ever purchase

      Sweet! Thanks for the review!

I’ve tried several different trackers (including Fitbit HR) and jawbone is my favorite brand as far as app features and accuracy. Drawback- the overall battery life is fairly short. Two of mine stopped working within the first year but they have fantastic customer service and replaced both free of charge under their 1yr warranty.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Glad to hear how helpful the customer service has been!

Oh man, I really want one & the price is great but nervous about the reviews on these refurbished ones. Could we return it if it doesn’t work?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hmm, you could always call customer service to be certain. 800-333-3330

My husband has one of these, which we purchased brand new for him, and twice now the band has fallen apart on him. In reading online reviews, it seems this is a common problem. My husband doesn’t do anything crazy in it or with it either. Just wears is normally as you are instructed to. When the company was still making them, we were able to get it replaced no problem. Now that they no longer do so, you cannot get any sort of warranty coveratge on them. Long story short, we don’t recommend them for this reason if you want to have it and use it for any length of time.

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear they did not hold up well! Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

I bought an UP2 last year. I loved it while it worked. It stopped working and I tried to contact their customer support. I tried three times by filling out the online form and got no response. Every time I tried to call their customer service number it said they were having temporary phone problems….for months. I gave up and bought a different brand. In reading reviews, it looked like they had great customer service that dropped off the face of the earth when there was problems with the UP2. A lot of reviews had the same experience as me.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Thanks for the honest feedback!

Their customer support is none at all. I had no contact back from the company. I had looked online the best I could and even their facebook page was full of people saying how they cannot contact support. It would be so much more worth it to save your money for a better company, my Jawbone UP24 started to tear after 2-3 months wear and the only thing I could do with it is throw it away.

You can get a new one for only $15 on amazon. I have had the up2 and currently an up3. Love them. Very accurate. Small and comfortable. App is great. Up2 quit working and customer service replaced it last summer no charge. Band broke a couple months ago and I contacted support multiple times w no response. However, for a $30-40 tracker that lasts a full year with constant 24hrs a day wear, I’m willing to spend that. It’s helped me track activity and calories. Lost 28 lbs last spring and summer. Have lost 9 so far this spring. 😍

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That’s awesome to hear! Congrats! I am not finding them for $15 from Amazon now as I search through.
