It does contain juice, but only 6% according to the can.
I’m posting details of the plain lemon flavor. First ingredients are Water, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Malic Acid, blah, blah, blah, stevia leaf extract, blah, blah, blah. It has 70 cal, 120 mg sodium, 15 sugar.
It’s better than soda in a way, but it does still have a lot of sugar.
Either way I really do like these, I won’t buy all the time but when they are cheap like this it’s a nice treat.
