Aliza, I think with Kohls it is based on the availability of your local store. I ordered a birthday gift for my husband a few weeks ago and had to have it shipped to a store 15 miles away to get free in store pick up. Hope that helps!
I don’t believe you can shop to store- store pickup is only for items that are already in the store- you can get free shipping if ordering on app while in store or the kiosk
Kohls doesn’t do ship to store. Your options are ship to home or free in store pick up. In order to do in store pick up, your item has to be in stock at your local store.
