Hey all.. which one do u recommend.. pampers or huggies..?? Me also first time mom nd due soon.. so want ti hv some ideas before purchase. Thnx in advance.
I like both, but not these Pampers. We have had bad luck with the gel inside leaking through, especially overnight. The baby dry and cruisers are great, and the buggies snug and dry as well. Luvs are our favorite and usually cheap!

It’s funny how everyone prefers different. This is my fourth baby and I personally have stopped buying Luvs and generics (I’ve tried them all!). I stick with both pampers and huggies (Colin always posts deals for great prices) and these are my favorite for Newborn and Size 1. I agree on the gel issue of pampers for larger sizes and like Huggies for Size 3+, but at this age they’re not on my baby long enough to have that problem (I haven’t been lucky enough to have a Size 1 baby sleep through the night!). This is true. We never had an issue at the smaller sizes with Swaddlers but I the larger sizes the gel seems to leak very easily, especially overnight.
The only diapers I have disliked are luvs. They have leaked and smelled terrible on my two kids. Pampers, huggies, and the natural brands have all worked great otherwise! I have never tried any generic to comment on that!
