I couldn’t get it to work. When you click visa checkout it enters a promo code. So if you try to put in another one it won’t work

I ordered one and didn’t get a confirmation and then realized that I didn’t login to an account. Talked to the chat help and they said if it’s not logged in than it won’t send you a confirmation. They said to do this: To see your Guest order, be sure you are signed out and click on My Account and select Single Order Lookup. Enter the phone number on your account and the Order Numbers for the Amazon fire (which I didn’t know but they gave it to me over chat_. I was then able to see it. Hope that helps. I was so confused and almost ordered it again because I saw nothing that said I bought it. Glad I contacted the chat to figure it out.
Yep. I wasnt signed in…so I gave them my email. There is also a 64.95 authorization on my account that will be changed to 39.95 after midnight
I chatted with their service team, is now able to find the order information with the order# provided by the staff. I only see the 59.95 plus tax is listed, not coupon is applied. Is it supposed to be like that?
I need help! So I read on hip2save I can use my MasterCard which is a debit . I got charged the same amount without the discount is it because it’s not a visa? I also added the visa checkout… Will it for sure change the pricing later tonight ?

How is everyone getting this to work? When I try to use Visa Check out, it tells me to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service, they said the discount doesnt apply to already discounted items.
So using my husbands account, I was able to check out- the coupon was applied and I hit submit. It was changed back to $50! Contacted customer service again- the only thing she could do was cancel the order. Ill wait until Black Friday and buy this from Amazon. Ive had mostly good experiences with HSN, but my last experience was similar to this, so Im done.

Yes… It will change after midnight.i had to call them about the same thing. He said that they have to get the credit card approval for the original amount and then after midnight the discount will be taken off.

I love Kindle! We have 5 of them. Kindle is connected to Amazon like iPad is to Apple. But, to answer your question, you just use wifi. No wireless plan needed.

Hello everyone ! I’m so excited to recieve this soon ! So I also was worried and didn’t understand why it didn’t show the payment with the discount of 20$ off $40. So I waited the next day . I accidentally deleted the first transaction because I didn’t see it discounted so I called customer service it’s basically a coupon that is already in visa checkout. You can only use it one time. And you should see the discount apply the next day . So what the customer service did was just discounted me 20$ since I didn’t know. So if your curious just Call customer service. I always try to contact a nice customer service assistant. (: hope that helps !
Just received the one I got for my daughter last night. The full price has been pending since I ordered it last week. When I checked out it said my total was 42.39 which I assumed included tax. This morning I checked my account and ended up getting charged 53.45. Very frustrating. Probably won’t order from hsn again. It doesn’t make sense that confirmation page says one thing, pending statement says, one thing and final withdrawal says another!
